Returns & Exchanges

Online orders can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

In-store purchases can be returned within 7 days of purchase.

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in their original condition and with original tags attached. Trying an item on as you normally would is fine, provided it's otherwise returned in its original condition.

Items altered or adjusted at your request cannot be returned for change of mind.

Eligible items may be exchanged within the same 7-day window, subject to stock availability.

If the replacement item costs more, the difference is payable by you. If it costs less, the difference is refunded.

Eligible refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Sale and discounted items follow our normal returns policy unless the specific item is clearly marked FINAL SALE at the time of purchase.

For an eligible change-of-mind return, return delivery costs are the customer's responsibility.

If we've sent the wrong item, or an item you've received is defective, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. We'll cover reasonable return/replacement delivery costs in these cases, and may ask for photos or your order details to help resolve it quickly.

Nothing in this policy affects any other rights you may have if an item is defective.

You can request a cancellation any time before your order has been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, our normal returns process applies instead.
